Shopping Information

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, select your preferred T-shirt, choose the size and color, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

We provide a detailed size guide on each product page. We recommend comparing the measurements with your own or with a T-shirt you already own for the best fit.

Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible within a short time after placing the order. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need assistance.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location.

Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Delivery time usually ranges from 5–12 business days depending on your region.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment.

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

Order Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return or exchange process.

Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Yes, exchanges are available for size or color changes, subject to product availability.
